the entrance had a divine smell! it was light, spacious, and beautifully clean, offering a super first impression. the staff at reception were helpful and efficient. the location is great for shops and transport. plus points include the unique decor!
The shower was difficult to navigate, and i made the bathroom into a swimming pool. It was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel entrance had a lovely scent that i really liked. i found the space to be light, open, and really clean , made a great first impression. the location is great too because it is so close to transportation. my room was perfect and i enjoyed my time.
the hallways leading to my suite felt dark with an unsettling energy, and the artwork didn't help.

the location is really great near tottenham court road station. it made getting around so easy i loved the chic modern design. maria gave me a room upgrade at check-in i was really happy. the staff at the door were amazing especially mo he was very cute.
i found the floor a bit noisy i could hear people in the next room talking loudly. i called reception a few times but nobody answered so that was frustrating.

the entrance had a lovely scent i noticed the light and spacious environment immediately the hotel also kept everything spotlessly clean the service felt super personal and attentive from the first moment the location is perfect for accessing many key sites the hotel offers quick routes to various places i visited multiple attractions without any transportation issues at all the breakfast selection was fantastic with varied fresh choices.
some hallways were dimly lit a little eerie i hope the hotel considers brighter lighting in the future.
